Christchurch 2020

Smart technology drives smartphones, smart cars, smart grids, smart infrastructure, smart cities and the like. As managers, influencers, and agents for change, how do we use technology to create the best outcomes for our Hospitals and Healthcare systems?

Following consideration and advice, the executive of the NZIHE has decided that the 2020 Conference to be held in Christchurch will be postponed to November 2021.

The NZIHE must remain focused on delivering its core function, supporting the health and wellbeing of all New Zealanders. Given the uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic and work travel restrictions, we feel we are unable to provide the high-quality content our Members and attendees expect.

Though we recognise the impact on attendees, sponsors and other supporters, this decision has been made in the interests of public health. While many will be disappointed, we believe it is the right decision.

In the meantime, the executive will focus on reaching members in new ways, and more will follow on this shortly.
